“Airhotel” company celebrates 4 years!

On July 1, 2016 a new object – the hotel complex “SunFlower Park Hotel”, situated in the south of Moscow (the former hotel “Katerina Park”) was added to the portfolio of the management company. Beside the room supply (244 rooms of different categories), the “SunFlower Park Hotel” includes a spacious restaurant, a lobby bar, 4 modern conference halls which attracts both the business tourists and those who come to Moscow on holiday or for an excursion.
The coming of “SunFlower Park Hotel” under new management wasn’t easy. It wasn’t only the managing operator and managing staff that changed by also all the operating personnel. That time, the main task of a new team was to preserve the high quality level of the rendered services and correspond to the expectations of the regular guests of the hotel “Katerina Park”. The result was successfully achieved! The pleasant changes were made in addition to the traditional conveniences and services of the hotel: the breakfast menu was broadened, a daily Moscow Tea Party was invented, the first stage of the renovation of the guest rooms started up.
Any guest who stays at the hotel can become the participant of the Frequent Guest Rewards Program at least once and get the discounts and perks not only at the hotel “SunFlower Park Hotel” in Moscow but also at the AirHotel in Domodedovo and at the Tourist Hotel complex in Omsk.  

The Domodedovo AirHotel has lodged more than 118 thousand guests this year. Our team is glad to see anyone who chooses our hotel!  
We have kept up all the traditions and quality of guest service, tried and tested in the previous years, and we do our best to maintain the hotel in a proper condition, working on the reconstruction project with the owners at the same time. We hope that in the fifth year of our work we will be able to start-up our much-desired project and please our guests with the significant renovations.
In the meantime, we satisfy our customers with the new nice changes. For instance, being aware of the current demands of our guests primarily, we have made our prices for accommodation more available, having given a chance to choose the rates according to a personal demand – one can both drop in a hotel for a couple of hours without overpaying for around-the-clock, and can stay for a longer period, having booked the accommodation beforehand and received an extra discount.  
This year, a new lovely bonus expects our guests – the Moscow Tea Party. We serve a smart table with a samovar, cracknels, jam and sweet pastry in the restaurant of the hotel from 5 p.m. till 6 p.m. daily. Any our guest can enjoy a cup of hot herbal tea absolutely free.

As for Tourist hotel in Omsk we are proud that in 2016, being based on the opinions of the real customers, the rating of the hotel at Booking.com reached the grade “8.7” that means “Excellent”!!! We have come up from the grade 7.2 in February 2014, when we started our work at the hotel, to the current grade of 8.7.
We have got this chance due not only to the renovated rooms, the maximal choice of the additional services, a diverse buffet breakfast, but also - even in a greater degree - thanks to the concerned personnel who love their work and on that reason make the staying of the guests in the hotel the most comfortable.
The last part of the Congress center will be repaired to November. As a result, four modern conference halls, the event hall and the negotiation room will start functioning, capable to host and serve up to 700 people at a time.
