“Airhotel” company celebrates 3 years!

Anniversary of the foundation of the company is always not just a nice occasion to celebrate but also, above all, kind of a time to assess and analyze its actions over the past year. Despite all the difficulties of the past year, we have maintained the basic principles of the philosophy of Management Company: attention to the needs and expectations of guests, immediate adjustments of own work in relation to the ever-changing conditions around us, a high level of service.

Many positive improvements have been implemented over the past year in both hotels under our management. Our first object "Airhotel" Domodedovo can be rightfully proud of the best breakfast not only among hotels near the airport; a wide and varied range of breakfast has been adjusted due to changes in the supply of products, but is still appreciated on the level of 5* hotels according to numerous guest reviews.

Beside this, we have taken actions to launch a partial reconstruction of the hotel. Several refurbished rooms have been released and delight guests with its novelty and original design.

Many steps towards the improving of the level of services provided and of the hotel complex in general were made since the “Tourist” hotel was taken under the management of our company. The reconstruction of public areas on each floor was completed; all hotel rooms were equipped with soundproof doors and electronic key access system. New «Western» conference rooms with 70 seats and a new banquet hall for 250 guests were built; two conference halls for 160 and 20 people were renovated. All these halls are equipped with modern conference and banqueting facilities for events of any size and complexity.

“Delicious” compliments were added for guests of hotel “Tourist” such as in-room mini-bar replenished daily as well as a daily "Siberian tea party" in the hotel lobby.

All these positive changes were of course have been noted by guests of hotel “Tourist'. Hotel's review score rose by almost 1 point and reached 8.5 points on Booking.com website for less than one and a half year.

Some pleasant changes were also made to our "Guest of Honor "Airhotel" program for loyal customers of both hotels – “Airhotel” in Domodedovo and “Tourist” in Omsk – the discount has increased for guests already on an entry "Classic" level. The client can now get a 10% discount already on his second stay in any of hotel when booking directly by telephone, onsite or through web-page of hotel.

Congratulations to all our guests and we welcome our customers to taste our special treats in both hotels on our 3rd anniversary occasion!
